This small table is made from rough sawn Birch, lightly stained and oiled with lindseed oil. I tried to keep the rough look, but where I had to saw the wood to size, I smoothed and sanded the surface to provide a bit of contrast between the smooth finish and the rough wood. The wane has been left on the boards where possible. |
