At times I am asked to make odd models. I have made several guitars with shapes that only slightly look like standard guitars, as well as mandolins and bouzoukis. These instruments have been both challenging and rewarding. The challenge is to meet both the visual needs of the musician as well as the acoustical needs of the instrument. The reward comes when the musician first picks up their new instrument, smiles broadly, and then pulls the sweet notes from within. I look forward to designing and building these one of a kind pieces.
"Ed's Bouzouki has more life in it than any other instrument I've played, rich tone, great harmonics, the beauty of fine art." - Darrin Schaffer
